NWOT! Worthington Shimmery Dress with Belt

Tie-neck dress in shimmery gold/beige. Tie is attached to shoulder straps so this can be tied in front or in back, or ties could be cut off if desired. Removable metal belt (gold) loops through 2 small belt loops. Some stretch to dress, easy pull-on style. Sized small. See pic of measurements. No flaws. Never worn.
