NWOT Wonder Nation dress

Top is similar to a burnt orange, it's a stretchy ribbed knit, with scalloped short sleeves. Bottom is navy, more sheer polyester with cute butterfly print. Has angled ruffle. Tie at waist slip underneath. Never worn. Daughter wanted for first date of school but was too cold for it. No flaws. Smoke free home. Any questions please ask.
