NWOT White blouse with pearl and rhinestone collar

This sheer, creamy-white blouse is 100% silky polyester and would look dressy over a lace camisole, and classy with a suit. It has a pretty, eye-catching collar adorned with tiny pearls and shiny rhinestones. They are sewn on, and the right side appears to be missing one or two because there are a few tiny loose threads. It was never worn. It would look nice tucked into a skirt with a simple pair of pearl earrings. The length of the blouse is 14.5 inches. Hand wash.
