Hi! This is a lovely dress from White House Black Market. The color is powdered rose/blush. It’s fitted and has ruffled short sleeves. Fully lined with a satin-like fabric. It has a slit on the back of the dress. It’s new and still has the plastic “stem” from the tag. Size 4. Chest: 18”. Waist: 15”. Length: 36”. Excellent, new condition.
