NWOT West Kei Size Small Red Snake Print Blouse Front Tie Stitch Fix

NWOT West Kei Size Small Red Snake Print Blouse Front Tie Stitch Fix New without tags from the brand West Kei in a size small. This is a popular brand sold through stitch fix. I was told this was new without tags but have no way to verify that. It does not show any signs of wear. This is a deep red color. I believe the print is supposed to  be a snake print, but I am not 100% sure. There is a small cutout at the chest and tie at the bottom waist. I do not see any flaws with the top. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have. Armpit to armpit is about 19.5 inches and pulls to a max of about 20 inches. At the max, it might be tighter on. There is little to no give here. Length from armpit to hem is about 12.5 inches. Length from the top of the shoulder to the hem is about 24 inches. The sides are slightly shorter than the center.
