awabbey @aligrace18 yes! I have no idea why but they're super small compared to what these pants usually run. The original seller told me she purchased them from a wholesaler and that made a difference.

rchampion80909 @awabbey hi, yes...mostly because 28" should mean the straight across measurement should be approx half...but I have learned the hard way that is not always the case, some tend to be larger or even smaller lol...thank you so much dear ❣️❤️

awabbey @jillw201 I would say. they're a size 27. I typically wear a 28 in these and they are too small for me. The comparison of those photos is them laying on top of a 28 and you can see they're slightly smaller.
