NWOT Vintage Sz 4 Union Made Cafe Chiffon Evening Dress w/Scalloped Chiffon Wrap

Reposhing this item I purchased from @laserchick3000. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. I also dry cleaned it! Brand new and has never been worn It’s vintage, with drop waist, can be altered to a midi length for a rehearsal look! Absolutely love it but doesn’t fit me 😢 Questions? Leave a comment below!
