NWOT Vintage Style Flamingo Dress Size 4-6

Listing is for a blue and white striped vintage style dress with a flamingo print on the bottom. The blue stripes are a light almost Tiffany Blue. The sleeves come down to about mid-forearm and the skirt ends about half a foot below the knee. The material is some kind of polyester blend and is super silky and soft. The dress is brand-new without tags and has never been worn. The tag says that it is a size medium but it does not fit true to size it fits truer to a size 4-6.
