New, never used but no box. In perfect shape, as you can tell by photos was never used, only tried on my dog. I believe it’s a size small, it fit my 12 lb Shih Tzu.

@thepinkmartini no damage or marks at all! My mom bought it for my dog but she is more of a harness dog, lol so I tried it on her once and that was it. And no others, this is the only one I have.
