NWOT Vintage J Peterman Bright Floral Tunic in Perfect Condition, Marked Sz 16 *

Perfect condition rayon tunic shirt with longer hem in back, in bright denim/teal/fuchsia floral pattern. J Peterman is a great vintage style mail order catalog with romantic descriptions and watercolor illustrations. This looks brand new. The long sleeves have the tabs inside so you can roll up the sleeves and fasten the tabs to the buttons on the outside - you don’t really see that any more, so think this is fairly vintage, but never worn. It is 100% rayon made in India. It is marked size 16, but this also makes me suspect it could be vintage, as I think it is more like a 10-12 in today’s sizing, with pit to pit measurement of 22”. It has a gathered yoke, and a ruffled layer at the waist. A great flattering top to layer over leggings, or flowy wide pants.
