NWOT Vintage H&M mini skirt with D-ring belt

NWOT. Vintage H&M mini skirt. Bought in Paris over a decade ago, never worn. Color is a mix between a red and orange. Has a front zipper and button closure and a detachable d-ring belt. Front has 2 pockets with a additional zippered mini pockets. Back has 1 zippered pocket. This skirt never fit and I figured it is time to get it out of my closet and find it a home where it'll actually be used.
