California Concepts New without tags US Junior Size 3 (Women’s size 0 or 2) Gorgeous vintage aqua blue paisley pattern sleeveless maxi dress. Features a high neckline, double layered, circle cut out on the back, two buttons on the back neckline. Outer layer is a lightweight translucent material with a paisley pattern in various shades of blue and white. Inner layer is a stretchy solid blue liner about 1.5 in shorter than outer layer. Darts sewn on the front for a fitted look. 100% polyester/100% nylon Made in Mexico. Maxi length, I am 5'1 for reference.
