NWOT Victoria Beckham for Target Black Dress

This is a very flattering black evening dress. This dress was part of the Victoria Beckham for Target limited edition line. One should with a mock tie at the top. Never worn, I previously removed the tags intending to wear to an event that was canceled prior to wear. Would compliment any color for all seasons.
