NWOT Vici Hoboken Tiered Tencel Black Dress Medium

Reposhing this item I purchased from @monchis94. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Preworn. No longer NWT. I took the tag off but then didn’t wear it. *dress is not made for larger chests. I’m an A/B and there’s no way it’d fit if I was larger, in my opinion. Questions? Leave a comment below!
