NWOT Vera Bradley Swim Cover Up

Such a great cover up that can be worn over a suit in the water. The material is just like a swim suit - but loose and flowy. Not sure if the exact size, but I think XL or XXL. Draw string chinches at the waist. Tassels still have the wrap on them. Think of this as like a racer-back dress that would be short and cover a swim suit. Black with embroidery around the arms. Fun greenish print on the inside. Let me know if any other pictures would be helpful since this is a unique piece.
