New without tags, never worn, Victoria Secret Navy Blue with White stripes high/low cowl neck sweater in size SMALL! 💙 The super~soft sweater would look awesome with leggings!! It has a bit of stretch to it and a longer length. Measurements; 20.5” underarm to underarm, 25.5” neckline to bottom hem in front, 31.5” top of cowl in front to bottom hem in front, 29.5” shoulder to front hem & 33” shoulder to back hem.
