jackie_sez @a_banana2010 It's a wrap top, but not low cut. I don't believe you'd need to do anything. It should gap, and will provide full coverage. If you're at all concerned, a cute brooch would be just enough to ease your worries.

jackie_sez @wendelkenmary Hi there! All apologies for my abysmal photo skills. This is indeed a long sleeve dress (both sleeves!). The only thing slightly asymmetrical would be the exposed zipper on the left side, which is why the ruching runs to the left. Guess I was trying to hard to show that feature. This dress is GORGEOUS!!!
