NWOT Urban Outfitter Yellow Floral Dress

Small but fits more like an XS (it fits as a S but will be tight trying to put on the dress). It's cinched at the waist and has a deep v-neck - I find that wearing a bralette underneath looks great! No visible flaws, great condition.
