New without tags Universal Thread Denim Mini Short Dress Size XS (**read** I bought this for myself as a size Small, this XS runs big and definitely fits like a nice roomy Small) I cut the tag off and washed (in scent free detergent) then air dried. Unfortunately it's just a tad too long for me, I am 5'3.
