NWOT, Two Piece, Cut out black maxi dress

I bought this dress a few months back and washed it and then never wore it because it just seemed too big on me. I'm 5'2" so taller than that would probably fit better. It's form fitting and the pieces are connected. I used pictures from online so you could see how it's actually supposed to look.
