What size would you say this best fits 4,6,8,10?

@kpkuchino Hi! I took some flat measurements, it’s about 16” across at the bust, 14” at the waist and flares back out to 16” at the bottom. The material does have some decent stretch and the front lace can be made tighter or looser. I’d say it would fit an 8/10.
