NWOT Torrid midi chiffon dress burgundy stars, size 1 lined ruffle tiers pockets

Gorgeous dress from torrid in size 1. New without tags. Color is burgundy with Stars covering the dress. The Sleeves are a light see-through material as is the entire dress. However, the rest of the dress is lined in the same burgundy color. Fitted elastic waist. Pockets on each side. dress flares out from the waist and hits at about mis-shin. The skirt has ruffle tiers. Keyhole opening in the back neck with button closure at top. Elastic cuffs at the sleeves. The fabric of the dress itself does not have much stretch however, the elastic waistband has plenty of stretch as do the elastic cuffs at the sleeves. Smoke-free and pet free home. Armpit across measures about 23.5 inches. waist across measures about 19.5 inches and stretches to 22. Hips across are about 29 inches. From top of shoulder to bottom hem is about 46 inches. Sleeve length from armpit to cuff is about 17 inches.
