NWOT. This is a gorgeous velvet off the shoulder crop top with intricate stud detailing, a ruffle, and a zipper back. You could also wear it with the zipper in front if thats more your style. Dress it up with a skirt or down with a pair of jeans- anything works! It should fit anyone in the XS-M range, I’m usually a S/M in tops. Bought for an event and didn’t end up wearing it, selling now because I know I won’t have anything to wear it to.
