NWOT Timing Puffer Vest Size L

Just purchased in Atlanta and I love it but it is a bit too big for me. 😢 Fabulous ruffled shoulders AND an attached hood with pockets!! Cinch your waist with the attached drawstring. For reference, the medium would have been perfect and this is a true large. Great for layers!
