NWOT Time and Tru Dress XL

Bought this for an anniversary dinner, in hopes that it would fit. I have matronly upper arms, so it sadly did not. It's never been worn, but the tags fell off in the closet some time ago. 2 pcs. See through long sleeve shell, with included spaghetti strap under dress. Color of both is mainly rust. No stretch, in either layer.
