Worn literally once so can't return. Still have all the original packaging and shoes still have that “new leather” smell! Thursday Boot makes great shoes and the Tempo is no exception; I just don't think I can pull off an almond toe. Currently online for $168, I paid $189 after taxes. addyr Can I ask where/when you purchased these? I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with the bottom soles. I notice yours have a wavy imprint/texturized (maybe even rubber) sole. But the product photos and description from the website say the sole is flat leather. I see other listings on here that have the sole similar to yours, as well as others that show a true flat leather bottom. Do you know anything about this?

rmlevinson16 @addyr I bought these direct from Thursday Boot Co within the last month. FYI direct = online, their only physical store is in NYC and I don’t believe they are carried by other outlets. The waves on the sole appear to be mainly aesthetic and don’t actually provide real traction or tooth IMO - they are essentially smooth to the touch.
