NWOT The Limited Skirt

Fully lined, flouncy skirt in excellent condition. One large pleat and a few smaller pleats in the front give this skirt a lot of body (no pleats in the back.) Also has side pockets! Black and white with some dark sage green accents. Gorgeous with a black turtleneck and boots in the winter or a tank and flip flops in the summer.
