NWOT Tevolio green lace top with cap sleeves dress in 4P

Never worn Tevolio brand by Target would be a perfect dress to wear on Christmas or any holiday party or occasion. **Please Note: size says 4P but it runs much smaller like a 0P and the reason I couldn't wear it. The smallest section is the waist, which measures 26.5". Length = 34" Full 100% polyester slip w/sewn in straps and at waist. Lace is 60% cotton/40% nylon, body is 100% polyester satin.
