It’s stretchy in the elastic waistband which provides flexibility and comfort. The fabric material is 60% polyester and 40% viscose. Yes, tried it on (only). This is how I know the fit appears to run a bit bigger. Never worn. Super cute dress that’s been in my closet. It needs a fabulous new home 😊. Thanks so much for shopping my closet.
