NWOT Talbots Embroidered Skirt - Size 6

NWOT Talbots Embroidered Skirt - Size 6 *waist measures 14 inches across (laying flat) *measures 31 inches from top of waist to bottom of hem *black with white embroidered flowers *this skirt has shiny spot near button (I may have burned with the iron). It looks a lighter shade of black -- difficult to notice, but you can see it if you are looking. Please see photo.
