NWOT- Takara Polka Dot Flare Skirt

This super cute Takara skirt is both fun and professional. It features a tan/white polka dot pattern, soft stretchy fabric, an elastic waistband, and feminine flare cut. It is a size medium and measures 17" long and 14" wide at the waist. It's 70% rayon/26% nylon/4% spandex. This garment has never been worn and is in excellent condition.
