New without tags. I bought it for a New Year’s Eve party I was not able to attend in the Caribbean. Beautiful airy sea foam green has a mermaid bottom -the dress is very flowing and is really light and feminine and fits beautifully a size 8 to 10. Has a satin silk and then a chiffon silk and layers. Side zipper hits below knee with adjustable straps. If you love pistachio mint seafoam green this is the dress for you!

@kchats 20 inches and these measurements are all lined flat to be honest it is stretchy. I bought it for a New Year’s Eve event that I never ended up going to, but has like a stretchy jersey lining inside and then the silk charmeuse outside. It’s a very feminine and pretty dress I just have no events as I’m in North Carolina helping out my parents. I’m doing a massive closet purge of my New York City clothes
