kmaryg @brookannrust right now I’m a size 4, small chested, with curvy hips and it’s too big on me. When I was a size medium with more curves it fit and also fit me when I was a size large.

kmaryg @nancyfinkel the cutout is at the waistline, so I measured the top of the black skirt part of the dress. The width is around 16”W.
