NWOT TED BAKER LONDON FLORAL FLOUNCY DRESS IN SIZE 3. Very unique type of dress and the floral colors are just stunning. The dress is chiffon with a navy underlay. There are cute ties in the front as well. Perfect sun dress or for a night out. The length hits right below the knees. Size is Ted Baker 3 which is usually 8 but this runs small so would recommend for a size 6, maybe more petite 8.
