New without tags- never worn but sleeves have been altered. T by Alexander Wang cotton blend, cropped sweatshirt top with wide sleeves and keyhole back with ties. This top has wide bell shaped sleeves. My daughter has long skinny arms and hated the sleeves, so she asked me to put I elastic in the cuff hems, thinking that would be manageable. She still hated the sleeves and never wore the top. The elastic was placed within the original sleeve hem and can easily be removed if the new owner would prefer the open bell shape. This top is labeled an XS but is quite generous in its proportions due to the intended boxy fit. Could easily fit up to an XL in my opinion, based on the measurements and your preferred fit.
