klmca @rinbay8 Hi, I received this as a gift a few years ago and it no longer has a tag - super cute just not my style. It did get a little dusty in storage; however, it will be washed before being sent. If you are still interested, please use the make an offer option - thank you:)

rinbay8 yes definitely interested & thanks so much for your helpfulness ...no need to wash . Its a gift for my teen daughter( the frog lover) so I will take care of it when I receive them no problem. . Also, does the material have any stretch? Also, is the waist 18" flat (side to side) ? I appreciate it :)

klmca @rinbay8 No problem, it does have stretch and you can adjust it to fit with the blue drawstring. The waist flat is approximately 16.5 in. There is a close-up (4th image) with a measuring tape for reference; the numbers are a little difficult to read, but it's under the 17" mark.
