@blackfootpace Sure does! It has a black lining behind the lace that is polyester so it does add a little stretch. Plus, it has adjustable straps. Very cute dress for spring! Let me know if you have any other questions! Thank you!

@blackfootpace measured the top of the dress from armpit to armpit and it’s about 18” without being stretched.
