Super soft horizontal navy blue and heather grey stripe skirt. A-line billowy hem. Very comfortable on. Blend of polyester, rayon and spandex. Fold over at waist with up to 5.5” Front length measures from waist after full fold is 16.5” and back length measures 17.5”
