NWOT Staccato bright pink high neck summer blouse

NWOT bright pink high neck blouse. has embroidery trim along neck line that ties. size small. it just arrived today and is non returnable and did not have tags. paid 23.99 for it. it's really cute but too big for me. I took a chance on a small, but it's way too big. 😞
