NWOT Smocked Swiss Dot Dress Size XL

Reposhing this item I purchased from @shoptayreloaded. I love this pretty Swiss dot dress, but it does not fit. This tan colored dress features a full smocked bodice, long sleeves with ruffle cuffs, may be worn off or on shoulder, hemline ruffle, and is lined. Size XL. NWOT, never worn.
