NWOT Smocked Cuff Blouse

New smocked cuff blouse by Creation L. This blouse is brand new, but did not come with tags attached, just in a bag from the company. I can ship it with the bag if the buyer of it would like. I bought this blouse and didn't love it on me once I tried it on. The loop for the button came not stitched, so that will need mended before wearing, but is otherwise in perfect condition.
