NWOT Sleeveless Black Illusion Mesh Evening Gown

LOVE this dress but it was never worn because once again, I bought it for my girls who never wore it. In perfect condition and not sure what happened to the tags? Elegant but this was the only gown I purchased that didn't come with a liner (probably because of the mesh fabric) but the fabric doesn't need it.
