NWOT Skirt

NWOT business casual/professional or for special occasion. Brand is Olivia and Martin. Size 10. I usually wear an 8 but I got this size because it isn’t stretchy material. However, the skirt is too big in the waist but fits decently in hips/thighs (though it may be slightly big there). So it’s definitely true to size 10, and If you’re between a 10 and a 12, I think this would fit. I am 5’6 and if I pull this skirt to sit at the top of my hips, it goes about an inch to two inches below my knee.
