NWOT Size 10 dress

New size 10 black and white dress. Never worn but no tags. Dressy style with white satin top and black bottom. Top has a sheer vertical ruffle from neckline down bodice. Short sheer cap sleeves. 2 inch band under breast runs all the way around the back. 2 short vertical pleats in front run down from band. Bottom of dress is straight with no flare and has a slit at the bottom in middle of the back. Machine wash.
