NWOT Shirt

Short sleeve round but open neck shirt. It has skirting on the bottom , gathered 1/3rd from bottom across back and part of front, it buttons up with gold buttons. It is light and feels silky. Never worn! Loved but smaller than my frame!😊 It measures 21" from armpit to armpit and 26" from shoulder to bottom. Smoke free home.Stay Safe💕
