NWOT- Self Esteem Halter-Style Vest

Spice up almost any fitted shirt with this Self Esteem halter-style vest. It features a soft fabric, low neckline, and adjustable tie back. It's a women's size small and 84.8% polyester/13.1% rayon/2.1% spandex. It measures approx. 19" from top to bottom when looped around (as worn) and 23" when folded and laid out flat. The width at the waist is adjustable. This garment has never been worn and is in excellent condition.
