NWOT Schutz Turquoise Ballet Flats Size 9

I have found some flaws that you will see in the last few photos. Unfortunately, the seller did not disclose to me. Are the flaws ink spots? I could not get them off. They are not bad and I would wear them if they fit me. At this point, I am selling for what I paid, taking a loss with poshmarks commission. Please zoom in all photos as they are best description.
