This cute little skirt can be paired with sandals in the summer or black tights and boots (Dr. Martens look great!) once the weather turns colder. It is a fun way to add a pop of color to a black t or sweater. It does not have tags, but was never worn and is in perfect condition. It is marked medium, but fits like a small. Waist is elastic.
