NWOT Salkin ankle boots men's

These handsome ankle boots have the look you come to expect from the Salkin brand. I do not know the size but they measure 12 inches long. My husband wears a 10 and these are too big for him. Therefore these must be an 11 or 11 1/2. Brand new and never worn on the streets (see sole picture).
