NWOT SPELL Bohemian Royale Festival Dress

This dress is SUCH a festival stunner! Sadly, it did not fit me and has never been worn by myself. TBH I am not even sure it has ever been worn. The material is a linen cotton feel, which gives the impression it's NWOT since it's not broken in yet or as soft as it will be once lived and loved in. I bought it here, paid $175 from @spellofthegypsy. Hoping to get some money back while paying it forward. It does run small IMO, so I would heed the measurements.
